ContentVision: Senior Developer

ContentVision is seeking a senior software development Engineer with significant programming skills to participate in further development of its current video analysis management platform and solutions in a MS Windows environment. Linux experience is also desired.

As a Senior Development Engineer, one will be responsible not only for designing and chosing key architecture directions but also for the coding, enhancements and maintenance of application interfaces, libraries and other facilities.

The following are some of the qualifications we like to see:

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years development experience

Must have experience with development technologies including C++ or C#, COM/DCOM, Java, including JSP, Java Swing, Java Database Connectivity (JDBC), XML and other Object Oriented Development desired.

Experience with Direct Show architecture in MS Windows enviroment and filter development is a huge plus.

Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server), Structured Query Language (SQL), VBScripting, Linux, Appache, PHP scripting, and Perl.

Strong communication, mathematical, and technical skills.
