Working knowledge of FILENET P8 BPM is a big plus. Experience in Websphere application server is preferred.

Position responsbilities:

• Provide software and hardware phone, remote and on-site support to our customer base
• Provide on-site customer training in conjunction with Customer Relationship Managers as requested.
• Assemble, configure and test the AccuNurse system in-house.
• Install and setup the AccuNusre system on-site.
• Manage the vendor activity for the installation and support of the wireless communications equipment.

DynaVox is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to help design and develop the next generation of our augmentative communication products on the Windows platform. The qualified candidate will have an extensive knowledge of those issues associated with designing and developing high-level, GUI, Win32 applications using Microsoft Developers Studio, and Visual C++. They should also possess a solid background in dealing with those problems commonly associated with designing stand-alone applications, and issues of human-computer interaction and interfaces. A thorough understanding of a majority of the components in the Win32 API, as well as a familiarity with .NET is required. A strong understanding of C++ and object oriented development issues is also necessary. Experience with computational linguistics is a plus.
