Collaborative Fusion, Inc.: Software Engineer (PHP)

Collaborative Fusion, Inc. (CFI) is currently seeking an individual to be part of multidisciplinary software development team. The ideal candidate will have experience with PHP 4.x or 5.x, CSS, XSLT, SOAP/XML, and SQL Databases such as PostgresSQL or MySQL. Candidates must also have strong software testing and Q/A skills and must be well versed in software testing strategies. Candidate must also be able to:

• Develop detailed documentation for activities performed.
• Work in a team-based group programming environment.

• Work independently at a highly technical level through all phases of the software life cycle.
• Provide telephone and email support to clients.

Minimum/General Experience:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.

We have a number of internship positions for the summer and academic year 2007-08 and are currently seeking applications from highly motivated and qualified candidates to work in one of the following areas: text data processing; information extraction, natural language processing; ontology engineering; statistical modeling; and machine learning.

Skills, Education, and Experience Required:
